This Messaging Program Privacy Policy explains how Express Mobile Diagnostic Services communicates, relays information, and collects data with Express Mobile Employees.
The reason of this communication is to relay valuable information within our everyday operations in providing diagnostic imaging to our clients. Examples are: “When will you arrive at location 4536 State Route 136?”
This communication is only between the dispatch department and the technologists within Express Mobile Diagnostic Services. These numbers are not shared to anyone outside of the company. We do not disclose any of the information with anyone outside of Express Mobile. We do not communicate with phone lines outside of Express Mobile. All phones exchanging messages are property of Express Mobile Diagnostic Services LLC, in a closed system. For the purposes of the Messaging Service, Ring Central acts as our service provider and data processor for our information.
Protection of Information We take a variety of technical, administrative, and organizational security measures based on the sensitivity of the information. We do everything possible to protect all information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Unfortunately, no online activity can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
Consent to receive text messages is apart of the onboarding process at Express Mobile Diagnostic Services. By being an Express Mobile employee you consent to receive text messages from the dispatch department, you also agree to our messaging privacy policy.
