One thing we have all learned from the COVID-19 pandemic is that we have to figure out how to stay in touch without doing it in person. Last year when we couldn’t see our clients in person, we started our monthly ‘Fax Blasts’ as a way to remind our clients about how we could help, the services along with information about the benefits they provide, and that we could still provide during the pandemic.
Although the world is starting to ‘open up’, we have continued to send our monthly ‘check in’s’ and encourage our clients to reach back and let us know that they are receiving our messages and to enter to win a drawing.
Our most recent winner was Hyden Health & Rehab in Hyden, KY. Big thanks to Gearlene Elswick, our Corbin/Eastern KY Lead X-Ray Technician helped to deliver the coffee and donuts to the big winners this month!
